2. Vendor Errors If there is a mistake with your order due to our vendor, such as an incorrect item or defect, we will resend the correct product at no additional cost to you. Simply contact us with details about the issue, and we will arrange for the replacement.
3. Returns and Monitoring AuraQuake Merch does not receive alerts when packages are returned to our vendor. Therefore, we encourage customers to check the status of their orders regularly.
